1.
General: The school is not responsible for any of the
student’s actions that are destructive or dangerous.
2. Minimum age: 17 years
3. Classes: Most of the courses are held in the morning.
During high season there may be some afternoon classes.
4. Cancellation or reduction of program (course/accommodations):
you can get 60% back from the price of the course if you cancel
it, excepting the advanced payment (100 €). There will be no cancellation or reduction of the program for those students who have received a visa through Abril Escuela de Español.
5. Lodging: : We cannot guarantee student's preferences
if they register at the last minute. The student will have
the expenses for the replacement of broken or tarnished objects
due to negligence. Laundry is included in the price for the
host families. If you are going to live in an apartment you
are to obtain the keys to the place that is indicated upon
acceptance. The price of the flats includes all utilities,
except gas. The students who are going to live in a flat need
to bring sheets and towels.
6. Nonrecoverable class in cases of official holidays

7. Expulsions: Abril Escuela de Español
can expel violent or disruptive students. Abril Escuela
de Español is not responsible for the actions
of the students and the consequences that could arise from
such actions.
8. Missprint: Abril Escuela de Español
is not responsible of any misprint.
9. Reservation of Placement: Abril Escuela
de Español will send the course confirmation
to the student after receiving the amount of 100 € as
an advance payment. You must remember to send this voucher
via mail or fax. Abril Escuela de Español will cancel
any course if it does not receive that amount within two weeks
after the student has registered.
10. Transport service upon arrival : If you have requested
transport service upon arrival you should inform Abril
Escuela de Español of your flight number and
the time of your arrival. This information must arrive at
Abril Escuela de Español one week before your arrival.
If there is some change or delay of flight, you must inform
us within two hours prior to your arrival.
11. Warning of time of arrival. All students who are
going to live with a Spanish family must inform Abril
Escuela de Español on the approximate time
of arrival so the family will be informed. That information
must arrive at Abril Escuela de Español
four days before the arrival of the student.
12. All students authorize Abril Escuela de Español
to take the necessary measures in case of a medical emergency.
